•  Q. What type of pest control do you provide?
    A. Our services include consulting and general pest control of the most common bugs such as ants,     roaches, “water bugs,” fleas, ticks and spiders. We also provide services to remove rodents, rats and mice.

•  Q. Do you spray or treat the inside of my home or business?
    A. To eliminate or minimize chemical exposure to occupants -- including pets -- we try to avoid treatment     such as baseboard spraying inside your home or business. A number of alternative methods are available     to eliminate pests.

•  Q. Do you offer termite service?
    A. No, but we can refer you to companies that do excellent inspections and treatment.

•  Q. Do you offer ground mole control?
    A. Yes. We offer a service to control ground moles in your yard. Please call us for the details of this unique     service.

•  Q. How often is exterior pest control service needed?
    A. Nearly all properties are serviced three (3) times per year -- in the spring, summer and fall. A property     rarely requires a fourth service. This extra service is needed when we have an unusually warm winter.

•  Q. Does your service eliminate all bugs from the property between treatments?
    A. No. Our service targets the major insect pests such as outdoor roaches, “waterbugs,” fire ants, carpenter     (wood ants) and some others. It is not practical or necessary to eliminate all bugs from the property. Some     bugs are beneficial. Wet weather can have an effect on control levels in between treatments.
